Durgapur : The programme was graciously inaugurated by Shri Pranab Ghosh, Managing Director, South Bengal State Transport Corporation (SBSTC), Government of West Bengal; Shri Lakshman Chandra Ghorui, Hon’ble MLA, Durgapur Paschim, West Bengal.The participants visited several beautiful Durga Puja pandals, sharing moments of joy, happiness, laughter and togetherness. For a few hours, they were able to set aside their daily pain, struggles and challenges. Their smiling faces and sparkling eyes reminded us that despite the various hardships every hemophiliacs deserves happiness, love and the freedom to dream not only just medical treatment and care like everyone else.
May Maa Durga bless every person with hemophilia with the strength to face challenges, the courage to overcome obstacles, and the hope to keep moving forward with a smile, even when the journey becomes difficult.Hemophilia Society – Durgapur Chapter will continue to stand beside our PWHs and their families, share their struggles, celebrate their achievements, and empower them to face each new day with courage and hope.
Durgapur Chapter expressed its heartfelt gratitude to SBSTC for providing two buses and IC City Centre Police Station for arranging lunch for the participants and their families.
